- A deposit of the 30% of full rental price is required with the booking. This will have to reach within 7 days from the day of booking, otherwise the booking will be void.
- The cancellation of a booking has to be comunicated to the management no later than 40 days before the date stated as arrival day. Out of this term the full amount of the down-payment will be forfeit.
- The balance of the full rental is due on arrival at the Holiday Apartment. When the balance of the rental is received key arrangements will be forwarded.
- In case of unexspected and prematurely departure it is not possible to refund the total or a part of the full rental price.
- We ask for a deposit of 70 euro, at the arrival day, against possible damages to the property of "Il Vecchio Uliveto" due to the tenants liability. The amount will be returned the departure day.
- In case of belated arrival we keep the accommodation up to midnight the following day without extra costs. Beyond this, the deposit will be forfeit.
- The tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum number of persons as stipulated in the description of each property. On request and with previous acceptance of the management, it is possible to add a bed to each apartment. Prices are listed in the price list.
- The apartments are available for occupation from 6.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- The Tenants are responsible for their own properties. The management is not liable for any theft or damage to property, animals or persons while staying in the Holiday Apartment.
- We are obviously always happy to accept every size of animal. However we ask our esteemed guests to come equipped with leashes, muzzles, and whatever else is required, in case your (and our) four-legged friends would turn out to be somewhat high-spirited, and prevent other people from enjoying their holiday in peace.
- Taking up residence in our holiday house means that the guest accepts ours Terms and Policy.
